All members of the Police Department of the Village shall be subject to such rules and regulations as shall be prescribed from time to time by the Chief of Police; provided, that, before taking effect, such rules and regulations shall have been submitted to and approved by the President and Board of Trustees and passed in ordinance form. Said rules and regulations shall be published in pamphlet form and a copy shall be kept on file with the Village Clerk. (Ord. 79-O-11, 3-26-1979)
