1-15-12: RULES OF EVIDENCE SHALL NOT GOVERN:
The formal and technical rules of evidence shall not apply in an adjudicatory hearing authorized under this section. Evidence, including hearsay, may be admitted only if it is of a type commonly relied upon by reasonably prudent persons in the conduct of their affairs. (Ord. 23-O-26, 12-18-2023)
