The provisions of this Chapter shall not preclude the Village from using other methods or proceedings to enforce the ordinances of the Village of Willowbrook, including, but not limited to, the institution of any action in the Circuit Court of DuPage County, Illinois or any other authorized proceeding.
(A) Administrative Adjudication Hearings for Automated Traffic Enforcement violations shall be subject to the provisions and procedures of Title 8, Chapter 11, of this Code. (Ord. 23-O-26, 12-18-2023)
