Any person found guilty or liable of a violation of this chapter by a court or other adjudicative body shall be guilty of a business offense and shall be fined in an amount not less than four hundred dollars ($400.00) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each violation. Each day that a violation is found to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Any hotel, motel or rooming-house licensee found by a court or other adjudicative body to have violated the prohibition set forth in Section 3-9-12 of this Chapter, shall be fined one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each such violation.
