Any hotel or motel operated, conducted or maintained contrary to the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance. The Village may, in addition, or in lieu of all other remedies, commence actions or proceedings in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit for abatement, removal or enjoinment thereof, in the manner provided by state law and this Code.
