(A) All hotels and motels constructed after the effective date of the ordinance shall provide a minimum of five hundred (500) square feet in common areas for recreational use by guests. In computing the five hundred (500) square feet requirement, swimming pools, fitness or recreation centers, patios, terraces, and other recreational facilities in common areas may be used in determining the square footage required by this subsection.
(B) Gas, electric or charcoal grilling is prohibited on all patios, terraces, swimming pools, parking lots and in all other outdoor common areas of all hotels and motels. (Ord. 21-O-46, 9-27-2021)
