Any person or entity who shall be found guilty or liable of a violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for every dog, cat or rabbit that is sold in violation of this Chapter. (Ord. 20-O-15, 4-27-2020)
