3-22-2: RESTRICTIONS ON THE RETAIL SALE OF DOGS, CATS, OR RABBITS:

No retail pet store shall sell, deliver, offer for sale, barter, auction, give away, or otherwise transfer or otherwise dispose of dogs, cats or rabbits unless said animals are obtained from an animal care facility, animal rescue organization or humane society. (Ord. 20-O-15, 4-27-2020)
