3-13-9: EFFECTIVE PERIOD:

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a solicitation permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days. An expiration date shall be printed on the face of each solicitation permit. (Ord. 21-O-41, 9-13-2021)
