3-13-3: PERMIT EXEMPTION FOR MINORS:

Persons under the age of seventeen (17) years engaged in charitable solicitation within the Village shall not be required to obtain a solicitation permit. Any such person under the age of seventeen (17) years shall comply with all other applicable provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 21-O-41, 9-13-2021)
