Alcoholic liquor shall not be sold, given away or consumed on any licensed premises between the hours of one o’clock (1:00) A.M. and nine o’clock (9:00) A.M. on weekdays, between the hours of two o’clock (2:00) A.M. and nine o’clock (9:00) A.M. on Saturday, or between the hours of two o’clock (2:00) A.M. and ten o’clock (10:00) A.M. on Sunday.
For the holders of a Class L license, beer shall not be sold, given, delivered or consumed on the licensed premises at any time between the hours of eleven o’clock (11:00) P.M. and twelve o’clock (12:00) noon on Sunday through Saturday.
For the holders of a Class M license, beer and wine shall only be sold, given or delivered on the licensed premises between the hours of six o’clock (6:00) A.M. and eleven o’clock (11:00) P.M. on Mondays through Saturdays and seven o’clock (7:00) A.M. and ten o’clock (10:00) P.M. on Sundays.
For the holders of a Class N license, beer and wine shall only be sold, given or delivered on the licensed premises between the hours of twelve o’clock (12:00) noon and eight o’clock (8:00) P.M. on Sundays through Saturdays.
For the holders of a Class R License, alcoholic liquor shall only be sold, given or delivered on the licensed premises between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00 a.m.) and ten o'clock (10:00 p.m.) on Sundays through Saturdays.
The hours which alcoholic liquor may be sold, given away, or consumed as specified in this section may be varied, upon application of the licensee, by the President, as Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
