3-12-10: RESTRICTIONS ON LICENSE:
No such license shall be issued under this chapter to any person not eligible for a State retail liquor dealer's license nor to any person ineligible under the Liquor Control Act as it may from time to time be amended. (Ord. 99-O-26, 10-25-1999)
