5-3-11: WHISTLES:

It shall be unlawful to blow or cause to be blown any steam whistle of any stationary engine in the Village except as a signal for starting or stopping work or in emergencies to avoid injuries to persons or property. (Ord. 79-O-11, 3-26-1979; amd. Ord. 80-O-1, 1-14-1980)
