The annual fee for operating a lumberyard or a coal yard shall be as set forth in section 3-1A-1 of this title. Provided, that both said institutions may be maintained or operated by the same person at the same location upon payment of the single annual fee. (Ord. 61-O-43, 6-26-1961; amd.
