13-1-58: SEVERABILITY:
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or provision of this chapter is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional as conflicting with any Federal, State or local law, rule or regulation now or hereafter in effect by any Federal or State Court, or administrative or governmental agency of competent jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, the FCC, or is held by such court or agency to be modified in any way to conform to the requirements of any such law, rule or regulation, such provision shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent part of this chapter, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts of this chapter, which shall be applied and construed as reasonably as possible in the absence of the invalidated provision.
