(A) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting any judicial remedies that the Village may have, at law or in equity, for enforcement of this chapter or of any franchise agreement entered into pursuant to this chapter.
(B) Any person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 00-O-12, 5-8-2000)
