The company shall provide the following quarterly reports in a form acceptable to the Village:
(A) A report showing the number of service calls by type during the preceding quarter.
(B) A report showing the number of outages during the preceding quarter.
(C) A report stating the subscriber totals for each category of service for the Village including current subscribers, new subscribers, reconnects, disconnects, secondary connects and pay units.
The company shall provide the Village such other or additional information as the Village may request from time to time, provided that such other or additional information relates to the scope of the Village's regulatory authority. (Ord. 00-O-12, 5-8-2000)
