13-1-43: PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENT ACCESS CHANNELS AND FACILITIES:
   (A)   The company shall establish and provide dedicated access channels for public, educational and government access. The number of such channels shall be as set forth in the franchise agreement.
   (B)   The company shall be required to provide PEG access facilities and equipment as specified in the franchise agreement. (Ord. 00-O-12, 5-8-2000)
