If there are recurring problems or complaints the company will perform reasonable tests at the request of the Village, including partial repeat tests, different test procedures, or tests involving a specific subscriber's terminal, at the company's expense. The Village may require the company to prepare a report to the Village on the results of those tests, including a report identifying any problem found and steps taken to correct the problem. The company will endeavor to arrange for such special tests so as to minimize hardship or inconvenience to subscribers. (Ord. 00-O-12, 5-8-2000)
