The company shall construct, install, operate and maintain its system in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, ordinances, construction standards, governmental requirements, FCC technical standards, and any detailed standards set forth in the franchise agreement. In addition, the company shall provide to the Village, upon request, a written report of the results of the company's periodic proof of performance tests conducted pursuant to FCC and franchise standards and guidelines.
(A) Twenty Four Hour Operation: The system shall be designed and shall be maintained to provide twenty four (24) hour continuous operation.
(B) Uniform And Strong Signals: Subject to the FCC standards the system shall produce, for reception on subscriber's receivers, which are in good working order, a picture which is free from any significant interference or distortion. (Ord. 00-O-12, 5-8-2000)
