13-1-22: RATES:
   (A)   The company shall establish rates for its service categories that shall be applied fairly and uniformly to all subscribers in the franchise area.
   (B)   The company shall maintain and file with the Village, a complete schedule of subscriber rates including all fees and charges for services. The company shall notify the Village at least thirty (30) days prior to any change in rates. (Ord. 00-O-12, 5-8-2000)
