3-10-2: LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION; FEES:
No person shall conduct or operate any laundry within the Village without first obtaining a license so to do. Application for license shall be made and license shall be issued as provided in chapter 1 of this title. The annual license fee shall be as set forth in section 3-1A-1 of this title.
