It is the policy of the Village, insofar as it may reasonably be possible, to prevent occurrences of grievances and to deal promptly with those that do occur. The Village encourages employees to discuss with their Supervisors any problems they may have in order that grievances may be quickly and satisfactorily resolved. (Ord. 02-O-01, 2-11-2002)
