HARDWARE STORES: Any place which is operated, conducted for sale at retail of any hardware, tinware, aluminum ware, enamelware, cutlery, tools, implements, apparatus, machinery, plumbing, contractors or electrical supplies, gas, plumbing or electrical fixtures or other articles or wares, largely of metals, or kerosene, or rifles, shotguns and loaded shells or cartridges.
PAINT STORES: Any place operated or conducted for sale at retail of paints, dry colors, wallpaper, varnishes, calcimine, white or red lead, raw or boiled linseed oil, turpentine, dryer, benzene, naphtha, painters' tools, supplies and equipment. (Ord. 61-O-43, 6-26-1961)
