343.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Sections 343.01 to 343.08 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).

(b) Whoever violates Section 343.09 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
