343.09 INTERSTATE OPERATING AUTHORITY.

No motor carrier, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4919.75, shall operate any motor vehicle on or over the roads, streets and highways in this Municipality in violation of any of the provisions of Chapters 33 and 35 of the Rules and Regulations of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. (Ord. 1976-15. Passed 3-11-76.)
