749.04 NOISE, NUISANCE AND CROWD CONTROL.
   (a)    No event shall produce or allow production of noise levels which exceed 1.5
times the average noise level as certified pursuant to Section 749.03(d).
 
   (b)    No persons, firms or corporations, licensed under this chapter, shall trespass
upon or shall permit, encourage, allow, assist and/or allow the public attending such event to trespass upon the property of another.
 
   (c)    No person shall permit or encourage the overcrowding of any structure, temporary or otherwise, or within or under any canvas, tent or pavilion.
 
   (d)    In the event that subsections (a), (b) or (c) hereof are violated the Safety Director, Chief of Police or Chief of Fire shall immediately notify the person or persons responsible for such event and allow them reasonable time, not to exceed ten minutes, to alleviate such violation. If such violation continues, or resumes once abated, such official shall take such action or actions as appropriate to immediately terminate the violation, or if the violation cannot be terminated, to terminate the entire event.
   (e)    In addition to any other remedies provided by law, the Law Director is hereby authorized to commence suit in the Common Pleas Court for Lake County to enjoin any violation or threatened violation of the provisions of this chapter.
