(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to deposit one hundred percent (100%) of the taxes collected in Chapter 181 - Admission Tax, Section 181.02(a) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Willoughby Hills into the City’s General Fund to reimburse the General Fund for the additional inside property tax millage that will be utilized in making yearly debt service payments.
(b) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to deposit one hundred percent (100%) of the fees collected in Chapter 1331 - Building Code, Section 1331.021(a) of the City of Willoughby Hills into the City’s General Fund to reimburse the General Fund for the additional inside property tax mileage that will be utilized in making yearly debt service payments.
(c) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to deposit one hundred percent (100%) of the revenue derived from the lease with Ohio Northern Cellular Telephone Company into the City’s General Fund to reimburse the General Fund for the additional inside property tax mileage that will be utilized in making yearly debt service payments.
