159.03 INTERNAL DISSEMINATION.

The EEO policy shall be included in the permanent records of the City relating to personnel and all employees shall be provided with copies of the policy and affirmative action plan. Each new employee, including C. E. T. A. workers, shall be supplied with copies of the policy statement and affirmative action plan. A grievance procedure of the City shall be given to all employees.

All employees shall be advised of their rights and benefits as published.
