Every applicant shall submit to the Building Inspector the following, to wit:
(a) Name of legal owner or owners of property abutting proposed location.
(b) Sketch of property, showing lot size, i.e. frontage and proposed location of structure on untraveled portion of abutting street.
(c) Design and structural detail of proposed shelter, including size, type roof, color of paint and method of securing same to land.
(d) Relationship, if any, to intersecting streets in the City.
