Any person, firm or corporation, whether as principal, agent, employee or otherwise who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or fails to comply with any order issued pursuant thereto, shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each offense. Each day such violations shall exist or continue shall constitute a separate offense.
