A zoning clearance shall be issued by the Building and Zoning Inspector whenever the Building Code or regulations of Lake County shall required the issuance of a permit. The owner, or his agent, shall file two copies of the identical plans and specifications on which the county permit will be issued with the city’s Building Department. One copy of the prints approved by the county shall be filed with the City’s Building Department, along with a copy of the Lake County permit. (Ord. 2002-30. Passed 3-28-02.)
