The National Electrical Code is adopted under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 731.231 so that the publication required by Ohio R.C. 731.21 and 731.25, inclusive, shall clearly identify such Code, shall state the purpose of the Code, shall state that a copy of such code is on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public and also on file in the Law Library of Lake County and that such clerk has copies available for distribution to the public at cost. The publication shall recite in full or contain a brief summary of the amendments contained in Section 1303.02 of this Building Code. (Ord. 2006-36. Passed 5-25-06.)
