941.06 ROEMISCH FIELDS.

   (a)   The use and rental of Roemisch Fields shall be subject to the rules, regulations and policy procedures established and administered by the Mayor of the City of Willoughby Hills.

   (b)   The schedule of charges for the use of Roemisch Fields shall be established by the Council of the City of Willoughby Hills.

   (c)   The schedule of charges for the use of Roemisch Fields:

         $25.00 for a practice field

         $50.00 for a prepared and dressed field
