(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to collect a fee of seven dollars and thirty-four cents ($7.34) per front foot for all lands not yet connected whose sanitary sewage is transported to the treatment plant of the City of Euclid via the sanitary sewer facilities constructed by the City of Willoughby Hills on Chardon Road from Oakwood Drive to the westerly boundary line of the Lamplighter Estates Subdivision.
(b) Certified copies of the legal description of the assessment area are on file in the Office of the Clerk of Council and the Director of Finance; and said legal descriptions and map are incorporated by reference into this section as if fully written herein.
