(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to collect a fee of thirty-eight dollars and seventy-three cents ($38.73) per foot of property footage for all lands not yet connected whose sanitary sewerage is transported to the treatment plant of the City of Euclid via the sanitary sewer facilities constructed on Chardon Road. Said charge shall be in addition to any other tap-in assessment charges imposed by law.
(b) Certified copies of the legal description of the assessment area are on file in the Office of the Clerk of Council and the Director of Finance; and said legal descriptions and map are incorporated by reference into this section as if fully written herein.
(c) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to remit a portion of the funds collected under the authority of this section to the following entities and/or their successors and/or their assigns in accordance with these stipulated percentages:

Calvary Assembly of God | 29.702% |
Susan Zak | 21.517% |
Payments shall be made until each entity has been reimbursed the following amounts:
Willoughby Hills Development Corporation | $21,345.68 |
Calvary Assembly of God | $12,996.87 |
Susan Zak | $ 9,415.42 |
