921.06 TAP-IN CHARGES FOR EUCLID-NOTTINGHAM BAPTIST CHURCH.
   (a)   The Euclid-Nottingham Baptist Church, by its agents, contractors and employees be, and hereby is, authorized to construct an eight inch sanitary sewer line in the public right of way from the location of the church on Bishop Road northward to the intersection of Chardon Road, all in accordance with plans and specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public Service, which plans and specifications are incorporated by reference into this section as if fully rewritten herein.
   (b)   This Council hereby establishes a tap-in charge of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per house service connection, which charge shall be paid to the City for each lateral connection of said tap- in charge; nine hundred dollars ($900) shall be rebated to the Euclid-Nottingham Baptist Church, provided, however, that any tap-in occurring on or after January 1, 2005, shall be exempted from such tap-in charge.
   (c)   There shall be only one tap-in fee for a subdivision tap-in (e.g. Evergreen Drive); no tap- in fee or other restriction shall be placed against a future extension of the eight inch trunk sewer line authorized by this section.
   (d)   Prior to the issuance of any street opening permit, in addition to the tap-in charge established herein, a letter of authorization must be obtained from the City of Euclid along with evidence that a fee of one hundred sixty-three dollars ($163.00) per benefit acre, has been paid to the builder of the main trunk line. Said builder is currently known as Associates Estates Corporation, 600 Beta Drive, Mayfield Village, Ohio.
   (e)   Rates for sewage treatment for home service furnished by the line authorized by this section shall be established by ordinance of Council. Such rates shall include a charge to fund the reasonable cost of maintenance of trunk sewers and lateral connections thereto within the public right of way. (Ord. 1985-16. Passed 6-13-85.)
