921.05 TAP-IN CHARGE FOR ALL LANDS WHOSE SANITARY SEWER MAIN KNOWN AS THE CHARDON ROAD SEWER EXTENSION.
   (a)   The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to collect a tap-in fee for only five year period upon enactment of this section, for the connection of any and all properties whose sanitary sewage is transported to the treatment plant of the City of Euclid via a sanitary sewer main constructed by the property owners mentioned in title above, that extends easterly along Chardon Road from Lamplighter Estates to its terminus. Such charge shall be in addition to any other tap-in charges imposed by the City.
   (b)   The method of calculation for said tap-in fee shall be based upon a total project cost of six thousand seventy dollars ($6,070) divided by the total number of connections.
   (c)   The Director is hereby authorized and directed to remit the funds collected under the authority of this section to the parties who have paid for said sanitary sewer. The funds shall be divided equally to each party, without interest, for a pro-rated share of the cost for construction the Chardon Road Sewer Extension.
