921.04 ASSESSMENT CHARGES FOR THE EUCLID SEWER CONNECTION PROJECT.
   (a)   The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to collect a fee of four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800.00) per acre for all lands not previously assessed within the area of the Bishop Road Sewer District. Certified copies of the legal descriptions of the property included within said sewer district are on file in the office of the Clerk of Council and the Director of Finance, and said legal descriptions are incorporated by reference into this section of this ordinance as if fully rewritten herein. Said charge shall be in addition to any other tap-in charges imposed by law.
   (b)   When the City Sewer Planning and Construction Fund has been fully reimbursed in the amount of twenty-eight thousand five hundred dollars ($28,500.00) without interest, by the payment of tap-in charges under the authority of this section, the Director of Finance is hereby directed to cease imposing charges for tap-in fees under this section.
