510.05 MOTOR VEHICLE NOISE.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle which causes excessive noise levels as a result of a defective or modified exhaust system, unnecessary rapid acceleration, deceleration, revving, tire squeal, or as the result of the operation of audio devices such as, but not limited to, radios, phonographs and tape players.
