477.02 RESTRICTED USE OF ROLLERBLADES, ROLLER SKATES AND SKATEBOARDS.

(a) No person shall operate or ride rollerblades, roller skates, or skateboards upon a sidewalk or public parking area within the Downtown Business District of the City, as defined in Section 477.01.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each subsequent offense.
