Parking is prohibited between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week in the Willoughby Municipal Court Parking Lot located on the westerly side of Erie Street, north of the Willoughby Municipal Court Building, and the south side of Elm Street, and extending in a westerly direction to the east property line of Permanent Parcel No. 27B0360000460. This restriction does not apply to any person or entity conducting business in the Willoughby Municipal Court Building.
