452.10 TRUCK LOADING ZONES.
   (a)   No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading and delivery or pick-up and loading of materials in any place marked as a truck loading zone during hours when the provisions applicable to such zones are in effect. In no case shall the stop for loading and unloading of materials exceed thirty minutes.
   (b)   In addition to any other prohibition contained in these Codified Ordinances with respect to the parking of trucks and commercial vehicles, no person shall stop, stand or park a commercial vehicle, truck, trailer, semitrailer or tractor in excess of one ton capacity on any private or public property within the City, which premises are zoned for uses other than commercial manufacturing, limited industrial or general industrial, unless such parking, standing or stopping is of a reasonable length of time and for the purpose of expeditious unloading and delivery and pick-up and loading of materials at the site of such stopping, standing or parking.
