177.03 PURPOSE AND DUTIES.

The purpose and duties of the Citizens Environmental Advisory Board shall be to act in an advisory capacity to Council with regard to matters affecting the environment; to keep Council informed and to make recommendations to Council on matters affecting the environment and the ecological balance of the community.
