173.16 BUILDING OFFICIAL TO TAKE ACTION.

If a decision of the Board of Building Code Appeals reverses or modifies a refusal, order or disallowance of the Building Official or varies the application of any provision of the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, the Building Official shall take action immediately in accordance with such decision.
