173.11 APPEAL TO BOARD.
   Any person or any municipal officer or official or any public body aggrieved by the action of the Building Official may take an appeal to the Board of Building Code Appeals. The Building Official or any Municipal officer or official or any public body, or any member of the Board of Building Code Appeals, may request a hearing by the Board on any subject over which said Board has jurisdiction or power, as set forth in the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, or may request the Board to review or interpret any provision of the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings.
