The Board shall submit a report to the Mayor and Council not less than once a year covering the meetings and a summary of the decisions of the Board during the preceding period, with recommendations as to desirable amendments to the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings or the Building Official's rules and regulations. A copy of such report shall be sent to the Regional Board of Building Standards.
