173.04 DISQUALIFICATION.

No member of the Board shall participate in discussion and decide any question in which he has a financial or personal interest. On such appeals or questions in which a member is disqualified or asks to be excused, the Chairman shall request an alternate member attend the meeting. (Ord. 2009-14. Passed 3-17-09.)
