157.05 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Municipal Redevelopment Commission shall adopt such rules and regulations governing its own proceedings as are consistent with law or are not inconsistent therewith, any may call upon, with the consent of the Mayor, any board, commission, director, official or employee of the City to assist it.
