The following persons shall be required to furnish a good and sufficient bond, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the respective duties of their position, in the amounts set forth herein. The premium payable on any such bond shall be paid by the City.
(a) Blanket bond in the minimum amount of $25,000 to cover all City officials and employees including any employee of the Division of Police in charge of or having access to the Property Room; but excluding the following:
(1) Councilmen;
(2) Director of Finance;
(3) Members of boards and commissions.
(b) Director of Finance - $40,000.
(c) Director of Law and any assistants, $1,000 each.
(d) Blanket bond in the minimum amount of $25,000 to cover all Municipal Court officials; but excluding the Judge.
(e) Clerk of Court, $24,000.
(f) Acting Clerks of Court, $24,000 each.
(g) Chief Bailiff, $3,000.
(h) Deputy Clerks, $3,000 each.
(i) Deputy Bailiffs, $1,000 each.
